It is fully original TAG Heuer and presents in beautiful condition - about a 9.0 out of 10. The dial and sapphire crystal both present as mint, and the case presents as just short of mint. It's only blemish is that the small luminous dot at 12 is partially missing.
The luminous still glows. Note that the dial came out looking a little blue under the sapphire glass in the photos - in person it presents as true silver.
